My name is Mariah. I'm 15 years old and struggling with anxiety and panic disorder. I've been going through this non stop fear since I was only 3 years old. This year has been none stop trying to battle this disorder. When school started that was a nightmare. Pretty much every day I have outrageous panic attacks. That would lead me in the nurses office crying,shaking,heart beating super fast,hyperventilating,and felt like I wasn't in my body any more. In my head I thought I was dying. I used to call my mom begging her to check me out because I felt like I'm going to die. So now I'm home schooled and my mom guit her job to help me through this. I thought I would get better because I had my mom with me 24-7 but when time went on I got worse. I tryed taking Prozac but it made my anxiety 10 times worse. So now i sit here lost and crying for help. None of my friends understand what I'm going through. I lost every one of my friends. Is there any one that can help me through this never ending journey?
